Welcome to our Year 8 Maths & Science course!

We are thrilled to welcome you to our Year 8 course. Led by experienced tutors and built by exam experts, this programme is designed to deepen your child’s mastery of Key Stage 3. We focus on advancing mathematical fluency and expanding core scientific knowledge (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics) to ensure a robust foundation for the years ahead.

How it works: Your child will benefit from a structured 2-hour in-person session each week, backed up by our online portal featuring tutorials and interactive quizzes. We provide weekly verbal and written feedback so you are always aware of how your child is progressing through more challenging topics.

Course Highlights:

• Tracking Progress: We use regular topic tests and formal assessments to benchmark performance. Following these sessions, test papers are provided to you so you can see exactly how your child is performing in both subjects.

• Student Resources: After session one, your child gets a comprehensive learning pack, including subject-specific study guides, weekly booklets, exercise books, and a stationery set.

• Home Learning: We provide a weekly Homework Information sheet to help structure independent study at home.
