Welcome to our Year 9 Maths & Science Course!

We are thrilled to welcome you to our Year 9 programme. Led by experienced tutors and built by exam experts, this course is designed to bridge the gap between Key Stage 3 and GCSEs. We focus on mastering advanced mathematical techniques and securing the core principles of Biology, Chemistry, and Physics to ensure your child is fully prepared for the demands of Key Stage 4.

How it works: Your child will benefit from a structured 2-hour in-person session each week, backed up by our online portal featuring tutorials and interactive quizzes. As the academic workload increases this year, we provide weekly verbal and written feedback so you are always aware of how your child is managing the transition to higher-level work.

Course Highlights:

• Tracking Progress: We use regular topic tests and assessments to benchmark performance, often introducing GCSE-style questions to build familiarity. Test papers are provided to you so you can see exactly how your child is performing in both subjects.

• Student Resources: After session one, your child gets a comprehensive learning pack, including subject-specific study guides, weekly booklets, exercise books, and a stationery set.

• Home Learning: We provide a weekly Homework Info sheet to help structure independent study and build the revision habits needed for GCSEs.
